I’ve been a paying monthly member for about four years, and today’s experience was absolutely unacceptable. The machine was not working properly, and when I raised the issue with an employee who said he had worked there for 26 years, he refused to even check it. Instead, he immediately dismissed my concern, insisted I was wrong, and handled the entire situation in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. What should have been a simple customer service issue escalated unnecessarily to the point where the police were called and I was accused of trespassing. As a loyal customer who has paid for a membership for years, this treatment was outrageous, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. Working somewhere for 26 years does not give an employee the right to treat customers as if their concerns don’t matter or behave as though he owns the business. Management seriously needs to look into how this employee handles customers and conflicts. After four years of paying for a membership, I never expected to be treated this way. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this car wash based on what happened today.

Just finished washing my car, it was a great experience, you just need to make sure you come prepared. I brought buckets, microfiber cloths (for washing the car body and drying), and sponges (for the tires). The facilities here with the hose provided the water, car soap, tire cleaning soap, and car wax. I'm very happy with the results, my car looks clean and presentable after the winter grime. Prices are reasonable, with 6$ getting you around 5 minutes to use all the products available. I had to be strategic with my time and steps, and was able to wash, wax, and dry my car in 2 rounds, for a total of 12$. Plus another 2$ for the vacuum, coming out to a total of 14$. Very reasonable overall if you come prepared and with a plan of how to go about washing your car efficiently. Will definitely be coming here often to keep my car clean!

I’m on a monthly membership for the touchless automatic car wash, which is supposed to include an undercarriage wash. To be honest, I never paid close attention to that feature before. However, with the recent snow and heavy road salt, I became more concerned about long-term damage and specifically wanted to make sure the undercarriage was being washed. Yesterday, I paid close attention during the wash, and I noticed that the “undercarriage” indicator never lit up at any point during the entire cycle. Because of that, I’m now seriously questioning whether the undercarriage wash is actually being performed, or if there may be a malfunction or system bug. I can’t say for certain whether it’s an equipment issue or a process issue, but given that this feature is part of the paid monthly package, I think it’s a reasonable concern. I’d appreciate some clarification or confirmation on whether the undercarriage wash is truly included and functioning as advertised.

First time doing a touch-less wash and I specifically went for the undercarriage wash. Weekday afternoon so I was able to drive right in. FYI, the undercarriage wash starts right away, so be sure to drive in slower to get a better clean. Rest of my wash went well. After the wash, I took a look at the car and it seems the top of the back window area was still a little dirty from suds. I did also attach a photo from the roof of the car, which looks absolutely pristine and ultra reflective. I went in with a pretty dirty car that had dust all over, old water stains on the roof, and some streaks of mud/dirt on the doors. Save for that spot on the top of the back window, everything else looks very clean and I’m pretty satisfied, especially knowing the bottom of my car got a decent cleaning from the salt during the winter months. I’ll be back again.

I really appreciate that this self-serve, no touch car wash has an attendant. The pressure is good for removing bird poo and grease from your car. The vacuums work well too. There’s also a vending machine with cleaning supplies. They take credit cards.
